1. General Information

  • Orders are processed during our regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping availability is subject to stock levels and your delivery location.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery Time: 5-14 business days. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery Time: 2-5 business days. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Gatineau, Ottawa, and Montreal. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST. Cost: Calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver to the following regions: Canada, USA, Australia, Europe. International shipping is available. Additional fees may apply.
  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • Delivery may be unavailable to restricted areas due to legal or logistical constraints.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

5. Shipping Charges & Taxes

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
  • Taxes, customs duties, and other fees (if applicable) will be disclosed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional charges that apply in their region.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • For damaged or incomplete deliveries, notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@zubahouse.com or calling +1 (437)-557-7487 / +250 789 284 564.

7. Return to Sender

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Unclaimed packages will be held for a maximum of 14 days before cancellation. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) will be processed if applicable.

  • Zuba House reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
